Good to know for every game

Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. Our games do not use accounts or cloud saves. If you uninstall a game, clear its data or lose your phone, your progress is gone and we cannot restore it.

Can I delete my account or my data?

There are no user accounts, so there is no account data for us to delete. The game’s data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game. For data held by Google (for example ad settings), see your Google account’s data and privacy page.

How do I restore my purchases?

Purchases belong to your Google account in Google Play. Install the game on your new phone while signed in to the same Google account and open it, and the game checks Google Play for what you bought. If something is missing, email us with your Google Play order number.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Google Play, so refund requests go through Google Play and its refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights always stay in force.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The game can be played offline. An internet connection is only needed for ads and purchases.

How do I get rid of ads?

Buy “Remove ads” or the Starter pack in the Shop. Reward videos stay optional.
