Nonstop Realm (“the game”) is made by Lazycodegames (“we”). This policy explains what data the game handles and why. The game is still in development, so this policy also describes the services it may use when it is released. If you have questions, write to support@lazycodegames.com.
The short version
- We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location, and there are no user accounts.
- The game works offline. Your progress, village, items and settings stay on your device.
- The game may show optional rewarded video ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device data such as your advertising ID and IP address to show and measure ads.
- The game may offer in-app purchases through Google Play. We never see your payment details.
Data stored only on your device
The game saves your progress (runs, village, resources, items, settings) and may keep a small local log, for example to find bugs. These files stay on your device, are not sent to us or anyone else, and are deleted when you uninstall the game. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, your progress is gone, because we have no account or cloud copy to restore it from.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
If the game shows rewarded video ads, it will use Google AdMob. AdMob, a service of Google, may collect and process:
- device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID,
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- ad interactions (views, taps) and diagnostics (crashes, performance).
Google uses this data to deliver ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, to personalise ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game will ask for your consent through Google’s consent form before ads are personalised, and you will be able to change your choice later in the game’s settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one in return for a reward.
Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Purchases (Google Play)
If the game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought (a purchase token and the product) so the game can deliver it and restore it later. We never receive your card or account details.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Data sharing and selling
We do not sell personal data. Apart from the processing by Google described above (AdMob and Google Play), no data is shared with third parties.
Your rights
If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we do not hold your personal data on our own servers, most requests are best handled through the consent choices in the game, your device’s ad settings, or Google (myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy). You can also contact us at support@lazycodegames.com, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Finland: the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi/en).
Changes
If this policy changes, for example because the game starts using a new service, the new version is published at this address with a new date, before the change reaches players.
