Twistbloom: Hex Gem Puzzle
Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Twistbloom: Hex Gem Puzzle (“the game”) is made by Lazycodegames (“we”). This policy explains what data the game handles and why. If you have questions, write to support@lazycodegames.com.

The short version

  • We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • Your scores, coins, settings and play statistics stay on your device.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device data such as your advertising ID and IP address to show and measure ads.
  • Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

Data stored only on your device

The game saves your progress (best scores, coins, boosters, unlocked items, daily puzzle streak, settings) and a local play log (for example which mode you played and how long). These files stay on your device, are not sent to us or anyone else, and are deleted when you uninstall the game. There are no user accounts.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses Google AdMob to show full-screen and optional reward video ads. AdMob, a service of Google, may collect and process:

  • device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID,
  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
  • ad interactions (views, taps) and diagnostics (crashes, performance).

Google uses this data to deliver ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, to personalise ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game: Shop → Privacy choices for ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Buying “Remove ads” or the Starter pack turns off full-screen ads. Reward videos remain optional.

Purchases (Google Play)

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought (a purchase token and the product) so the game can deliver it and restore it later. We never receive your card or account details.

Reviews

The game may show Google Play’s in-app review window. Your rating and review are sent to Google Play, not to us, and are public under your Google Play profile.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences (rating PG).

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. Apart from the processing by Google described above (AdMob and Google Play), no data is shared with third parties.

Your rights

If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we do not hold your personal data on our own servers, most requests are best handled through the consent choices in the game, your device’s ad settings, or Google (myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy). You can also contact us at support@lazycodegames.com, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Finland: the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi/en).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date.
