These terms apply to your use of Nonstop Realm (“the game”), made by Lazycodegames (“we”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Nonstop Realm is still in development, so what you see in it can change before release.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for your own non-commercial use. The game, its code, artwork, music and name remain ours (or our licensors’). You may not sell, rent or sublicense the game.
2. Virtual items and purchases
The game may offer virtual items such as coins, boosters or unlockables, which you can buy with real money through Google Play or earn by playing. Virtual items have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and they are non-refundable except where the law or Google Play’s refund policy says otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
3. Ads
The game may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Watching an ad is never required to play, unless the game clearly says an ad is the way to get a particular reward. See the privacy policy for how ad data is handled.
4. Play fair
Please do not cheat, use bots or tools that change the game, or try to reverse engineer, decompile or copy the game, except to the extent the law allows you to do so regardless of this clause. Please do not misuse the game or attempt to get around purchases.
5. The game is provided as is
We work to make the game fun and reliable, but we provide it “as is”. We cannot promise that it will always run without interruption or errors, or that it will work on every device. Progress is stored on your device only, so uninstalling the game, clearing its data or losing your device can lose your progress. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
6. Changes to the game and these terms
We may update, change or stop offering the game or parts of it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will publish the new version at this address with a new date. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
